Privacy Policy

Fumdom (“we”, “us”) provides an educational paper-trading and market-insights application. This Policy explains what we collect and why. It is not legal advice; have counsel review it for your jurisdiction before relying on it commercially.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email, name (e.g. via Google sign-in or registration).
• Profile preferences: experience level, theme, onboarding / guide status, age confirmation, terms acceptance version.
• App activity: watchlists, paper trades, manually logged positions, and AI chat / analysis requests you submit.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Optional feedback you send (may include your email and message content).

2. How we use information

• Provide and secure your account and paper-trading features.
• Personalize educational dashboards (e.g. watchlist-scoped ideas).
• Improve models, reliability, and support.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Processors & third parties

We use infrastructure and vendors such as hosting providers, databases (e.g. Supabase / Postgres), session/cache stores (e.g. Redis), Google (sign-in), AI providers (e.g. OpenRouter), and market data sources (e.g. Finnhub, FRED, Yahoo Finance). Those parties process data under their own terms when you use related features.

If a brokerage integration (e.g. Webull read-only) is enabled for an operator account, brokerage credentials and portfolio data are handled as described in-product and must not be shared across unrelated users.

4. Retention

We retain account and trading simulation data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support (see below).

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, access controls, hashed passwords where applicable). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children

Fumdom is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
