By creating an account or using Fumdom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are a template for product clarity — have a qualified attorney review them for your business and jurisdiction.
1. Educational paper trading only
Fumdom is an educational simulation and research tool. It is not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor. Paper trades do not execute in live markets unless you independently use a brokerage outside Fumdom.
2. Not financial advice
Market data, AI chat, “recommendations,” strategy labels, probability estimates, and any HOLD / CLOSE / ROLL-style language are illustrative educational content, not personalized investment advice and not a solicitation to buy or sell securities. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any live trading you do elsewhere.
3. Risk of loss
Options and other derivatives involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for all investors. Simulated or paper results do not guarantee future live results. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You agree not to use Fumdom if prohibited by law where you live.
5. Accounts & security
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, or Terms violations.
6. Acceptable use
- No scraping, abusing AI endpoints, or attempting to bypass security.
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing use.
- No reverse engineering except where mandatory law allows.
7. Intellectual property
Fumdom software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal educational purposes.
8. Third-party data & AI
Market data and AI outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Vendors may change or withdraw feeds. We are not liable for vendor outages or model errors.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FUMDOM.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may require re-acceptance in the app.
